# Privacy Policy – Revelle

BitForgeTreasury LLC (“we,” “us,” or “Revelle”) operates the Revelle mobile application (the “App”).
This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your information when you use Revelle.
### 1. Information We Collect
**A. Information You Provide**
- Account information (email, profile photo, measurements, gender)
- Listings you create (photos, descriptions, pricing, condition)
- Messages sent to our AI stylist
- Payment information processed via Stripe (we never store full card numbers)
- Referral code and invited friends (for credits)
**B. Automatically Collected Information**
- Device information (model, OS version, unique identifiers)
- Usage data (views, try-ons, hauls created, purchases)
- Camera and photo library access (only when you use Try-On or upload listings)
- Approximate location (IP address) for fraud prevention and regional pricing
**C. Information from Third Parties**
- Stripe (payment processor)
- Supabase (database and authentication provider)
- Replicate (AI image generation)
- OpenRouter (AI stylist)
- Future inventory partners (Treet, Vestiaire Collective, etc.)
### 2. How We Use Your Information
- To provide core features (Try-On, AI stylist, marketplace, haul videos)
- To process purchases and pay sellers
- To improve the AI stylist and recommendation engine
- To prevent fraud and enforce our Terms
- To send transactional notifications and referral credits
- To generate anonymized analytics
### 3. Sharing Your Information
We share data only with:
- Sellers (your shipping address when you buy their item)
- Stripe (for payment processing)
- Supabase, Replicate, OpenRouter (cloud infrastructure)
- Inventory partners (when you browse their listings)
- Law enforcement (if legally required)
We **never** sell your personal data.
### 4. Data Retention
- Account data: retained while your account is active
- Listings: retained until deleted by you or the seller
- Transaction records: 7 years (required for tax/law)
- You can delete your account and all data at any time in Settings → Delete Account
### 5. Your Rights (GDPR / CCPA)
You have the right to:
- Access, correct, or delete your personal data
- Opt out of marketing (we don’t send any yet)
- Request data portability

### 6. Children’s Privacy
Revelle is not directed to children under 13 (16 in some jurisdictions). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we discover such data, we delete it immediately.
### 7. Security
We use industry-standard encryption (TLS) and secure providers (Supabase, Stripe). No system is 100 % secure, but we work hard to protect you.
### 8. Changes to This Policy
We will notify you via in-app notice or email before material changes take effect.
